Advertising - Your property will be listed on all the top rental sites and updated frequently.
Tenant Screening - Once an application is received, we run FICO credit scores, Nationwide Eviction & Criminal Search, Employment Verification and Rental Reference Verification.
Lease Preparation - We prepare the lease contract and create a pdf file of all lease documents for your files.
Move In - We perform the move in with the new tenants and process the move in paperwork.
